Shrewsbury Road Closure – Annscroft to Longden Common
A rolling road closure of the C5150 Shrewsbury Road is planned between Annscroft and Longden Common from 30th Oct to 1st November to replace the lining on the carriageway. The road will be closed in sections and gatemen will be stationed at either end of the closed sections to advise on access.

During the closure a diversion will direct vehicles via Bishops Castle and Church Stretton, which is suitable for heavy vehicles. The route can be viewed from the One Network link below. Local residents will be advised whether they can access their properties through the closure or using local routes.
The work is weather dependent so dates may change.
