Shropshire Carers Support

Shropshire Carers Team offers support to unpaid and family carers including emotional support, training and information.  They have a dedicated support line 01743 341995 (Mon- Fri, 9am – 5pm) or can be contacted by email on Shropshire.Carers@shropshire.gov.uk.

Hospital carer support is also available whilst the cared for person is in hospital.  They can help with discharge support, signposting and assessments as well as emotional support.  Look for the orange box files on each ward or speak to staff wearing bright orange polo shirts with CAN I HELP? on the back.
