    • ANPR Camera proposal – To receive a report on a site meeting with the consultant and approve an online meeting with them for a demonstration of the system and options available. (21st January meeting, to be confirmed)

    • Annual play area inspection reports – To consider the annual inspection reports and approve any remedial works (reports attached as appendix A)
    • Annscroft Play Area Development – To consider a draft tender document for the supply and installation of new play and fitness equipment (PC/CR)
    • Annscroft Play Area Tree survey report – To consider the tree survey findings and authorise the clerk to seek quotations for the recommended remedial works (Report attached as appendix B)

    • Tax Base – To note the tax base for 2026/27 has been set at 550.31, which would result in an annual charge of £74.21 for a Band D property for the recommended Precept.
