New defibrillators installed
Two new defibrillators have recently been installed at Longden Common and in Annscroft. Training in CPR and emergency first aid is being arranged on 28th October and residents are warmly invited to sign up to attend.

Defibrillator Training – 24th June 2024
Following the installation of a new defibrillator outside the children's nursery at Hook-a-Gate, a training session has been arranged to help local residents learn how to use it in an emergency. The training will take place at the New Inn PH at 7pm on 24th June.

After many months of campaigning by parents, teachers, governors and the Parish Council, Shropshire Council has installed a new path and safety barriers on the pedestrian access to Longden School.
