  6. Highways –
    • ANPR Camera proposal – To receive a report on a meeting with the Safer Speeds Shropshire group that operates ANPR cameras in Great Hanwood, Pontesbury and Minsterley and consider commissioning a site survey to enable a fully costed proposal to be developed. (Site survey budget proposed £110 for mileage only) – (Report to follow)
  7. Play Areas
    • Annscroft Play Area – To receive provisional proposals from Play Area Working Group on development of Annscroft play area (PC/CR)
  8. Environmental maintenance –
    • To consider any further quotes for repainting of handrail to steps in Longden village
  • Hook-a-gate village signs – To consider options for replacement (if available) (KR)

    • Chairman’s Allowance – In accordance with the LGA 1972, ss15(5), to approve the payment of an allowance to the Chairman of £300 to meet the expenses of his office

    • Budget preparation – To consider and comment on a draft budget, as recommended by the Finance Committee (N.B. The Council will have an opportunity to approve the final budget and Precept proposals in January 2026). Draft budget attached as Appendix B)
