You are summoned to attend the Planning Committee meeting on Wednesday 20^th May 2026 at 1:30pm at Longden Village Hall.

1. Election of Chair – To elect a Chair to serve until the next Annual Council Meeting
2. Apologies – To receive apologies and reasons for absence
3. Declarations of Interest – To receive declarations of interest in matters under consideration on this agenda in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 s32 and The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012.
4. Minutes – To approve the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 8^th April 2026 (Appendix A, attached)
