Osteoarthritis Workshop – Longden Village Hall – 19th November
A free workshop will be held at Longden Village Hall from 10am - 12:30pm to support people living with osteoarthritis and those who care for them.

The aim of the workshop is to help you better understand the condition and make informed choices about how you manage it.
There will be a presentation with a focus on self-management and pain relief and there will be a free introductory exercise session.
