You are summoned to attend the Full Parish Council meeting on Wednesday 4^th March 2026 at 7:30pm at Longden Village Hall.

1. Apologies – To receive apologies and reasons for absence
2. Declarations of Interest – To receive declarations of interest in matters under consideration on this agenda in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 s32 and The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012.
3. Minutes – To approve the draft minutes of the Full Council meeting held on 4^th February 2026, (Appendix A, attached)
4. Public Participation – 15 minutes maximum –
   • To allow members of the public to speak, at the Chairman’s discretion.

• Neighbourhood Plan – To approve payment of the planning consultancy fee from Oct – March 2026 and note the date of the next meeting will be 16^th March 2026 at the Tankerville, Longden

6. Highways –
   • Convex Mirror & Post for Longden Shop – To consider advice of Shropshire Highways, if available and decide next steps
   • Annscroft trees – To consider whether there are any objections to the removal or pruning of two silver birch trees on Annscroft bank by a resident.
7. Play Areas
   • Annscroft Play Area Development –
     • To receive an update following site visits.
     • To consider assessment criteria and appropriate weightings prior to receipt of proposals.
   • Play area inspections & maintenance – To consider any maintenance issues arising
8. Environmental maintenance –
   • Hook-a-gate village signs –
   • Redhill Bin – To consider options to secure the bin in its original position or create a new concrete plinth near the gate, (its current position) and secure it there. To approve costs as an add on to bin installation contract.
9. Review and adoption of revised IT Policy – To consider and adopt a revised draft policy based on the most recent NALC template, adapted for Longden Parish Council and recommended by the working party – (Appendix B attached)
