5.4       Neighbourhood Plan – Update

  1. Designation of Village Green – To consider a proposal to designate land in Longden Common as a Village Green, to protect it for community use in perpetuity, Power – Inclosure Act 1857 and Commons Act 1876 – See report attached – Appendix B

  3. Play Areas
    • Annscroft Play Area Development – To consider a report and recommendations from the play area working party following review of proposals from play equipment providers and select a shortlist of suppliers for consultation with the community. (To follow)
    • Play area inspections & maintenance – To receive a report if available
  4. Environmental maintenance –
    • Environmental Maintenance Grant – to consider applying for up to £1000 grant from Shropshire Council, (matched funding required) – (Report to follow)

    • Approval of transfer of £3,000 from CCLA for April payments
